Painter / Sandblaster

Our company is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and sandblasting, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting, scraping, and cleaning
Apply paint and coatings to industrial equipment and structures
Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements :

Previous experience in industrial painting and sandblasting preferred

Knowledge of welding and other industrial processes a plus

Must be able to pass a pulmonary fit test for respirator use

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work in an industrial setting with exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors
