We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Leominster, MA.
This role oversees all operational activities at the Forsyth Plant, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality standards from order receipt to delivery.
You will be responsible for the financial performance and P&L of the site, aligning with divisional EBITDA objectives.

About You:
- Extensive operational and people management experience in running a plastics manufacturing business.

- Knowledge of lean techniques and ERP systems is advantageous.
