The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role demands a strong understanding of medical devices and market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Making 80-90 cold calls the first few months until you develop your customer base.
- Manage inbound sales calls to convert calls into sales.
- Maintain and expand the customer database.
- Understand detailed information and ability to demonstrate medical devices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand device specifications and repair processes.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical device sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Educational background in a relevant field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
