Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of dental lab products and services to dental practices and clinics.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, effectively communicating their benefits and features to clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing clients and potential new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, expanding our customer base and driving new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Areas of Expertise:
- Ideal candidates should have experience as a dental technician or be currently pursuing training as a dentist.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the dental lab industry or a related field would be an asset.
- Familiarity with dental products and services, with an understanding of the dental industry and client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Florida to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
