Short description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Document Controller. The ideal candidate will oversee document management systems and ensure accurate, efficient, and secure handling of critical documents.
Function description
As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining document control systems in compliance with company policies and industry standards. This includes coordinating the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of project documentation while ensuring workflows are streamlined and updates are timely. You will monitor document access, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with internal teams to support efficient processes. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to junior staff on document control best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in document control or a related field.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
- Experience in Idocs or similar systems is a massive plus.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
