Responsibilities
Identify niche specific media outlets, conferences, summits, and events.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders and event organizers.Contract NegotiationCraft compelling and authentic proposals and presentations.
Secure speaking engagements with maximum speaking fees and favorable terms.Project ManagementManage the booking process from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and streamlined execution for all parties involved.
Analyze engagement metrics, speaking fees earned, and brand awareness.Refine strategy and continuously improve results.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).2-4 years of public relations or communications experience (e.g., talent agency, speaker bureau, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in media outreach and relationship building.Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with social media platforms and PR analytics tools.Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.Preferred Skills
Proven track record of exceeding booking goals for speakers and / or events.Experience in business and leadership development.Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies.Knowledge of copywriting principles.Previous experience with event management and crisis communication.Compensation
Commission-based salary :Less than $5,000 = 15% commission
5,000 - $10,000 = 20% commission10,000 or more = 25% commissionIndividual bonuses for surpassing quarterly performance goals.Benefits
