Senior Document Control Specialist

Onsite: Arlington, VA

Responsibilities

• Be prepared at the start of each workday to informally discuss with government staff the operational status of contractor provided services and network infrastructure
• Discuss any events or technical issues that may have an impact on operations or have a negative impact on NGB NCR NEC users' ability to appropriately access and utilize services provided by or accessible through the NGB NCR NEC
• The Weekly System Status Report shall provide information about the current state of the operations as well as planned activities from each of the separate sections or teams as delineated by the vendors' staffing plan
• This report shall cover a minimum of the following items:
• Section Mentionable Activities during reporting period
• Section Active Initiatives
• Section Pending Actions
• Section Issues and/or Concerns
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• IAT or IAM Level I certification
• Active Security Clearance
