Job Summary
IQ Resource Group is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to help support a growing Wautoma company and have an immediate opportunity available. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized work environment and enhancing productivity.
Shift: 1st with hours of 8am-4pm Mon-Friday
Wage: $19-21 an hour
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in filing, typing, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle correspondence and communications with clients and vendors
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy with experience in various software applications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar clerical role is a plus
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
