Job Duties:
- Locating good contact number for the borrower.
- Find out why they fell behind and negotiate a payment plan to resolve the past due balances.
- Mostly outbound with the occasional inbound.
- Expected to meet monthly collection goal and productivity standards.
- Must have ability to work independently.
- Shift is Monday-Friday. (40 hours/week)
*To be considered for a Work at home (WAH) position, the following criteria is required*
- A dedicated workspace which is located within your own residence, a quiet place you will not be disturbed and where there are no noises from your surroundings during work hours.
- You must be located in AZ and be able to pick up equipment at office.
- Internet.
- Hardwired cable or fiber optic connection. (NO Wireless)
- Modem must be able to direct connect to PC during working hours.
- Internet peed requirements. (Minmum 10 mbps/Minimum 5 mbps upload speed)
The equipment we provide for you is:
- Thin client.
- Monitor.
- Keyboard.
- Mouse.
- Headset.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- At least 6 months of customer service position.
- Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude.
- Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills.
- Must be detailed-oriented.
- Dynamic interpersonal and judgement skills.
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
