We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing and maintaining secure, scalable, and effective software development and deployment pipelines involving metadata.The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures with 5 or more years of experience.Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement DevOps workflows to support large-scale DoD applicationsMentor junior engineers on best practices for automation and DevSecOps.Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD policies and frameworksAct as a liaison between engineering teams and DLA stakeholdersRequirements :
5 years of Agile experienceProficient in all .NET languages and Microsoft Visual StudioDriving strategy and overseeing architecture of continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring across technologiesDemonstrated experience with defining Scrum Agile methodology for large-scale clientsDemonstrated experience in leading DevOps methodologiesDemonstrated experience with implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) MethodologiesDemonstrated experience with driving automated software development lifecycle toolchainDemonstrated experience with deployments in both on-premise and cloud environmentsExperience serving as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environmentExperience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace / OpenStack)Using scripting or basic programming skills to solve problemsExperience with configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, GitHub, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM)Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift)Clearance / Certification Requirements :
