We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Commercial Operations to lead and inspire our Inside sales team while driving growth as an individual contributor of New Logo Sales. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership :
  • Oversee and manage a high-performing Inside 1sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and channel development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Sales Operations :
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective lead generation.
  • Team Management :
  • Motivate and empower the Inside sales team to exceed expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the sales organization.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally in the [Industry] industry.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and solution selling.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Requirements :

    Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and / or viewing a computer terminal. Type and / or sit for extended periods of time.
