As the Associate Director - Safety Testing, you will serve as a technical leader overseeing complex harmonization projects and the implementation of new initiatives.
What you'll be doing :
- Providing technical leadership to lab staff and cross-functional teams.
- Leading and developing the execution of local and global laboratory technical support across various specialty areas.
- Developing and leading the global laboratory quality program and database, performing statistical analysis and quality control performance reviews.
- Overseeing complex projects and operational harmonization on a global scale.
- Driving new initiatives globally and cross-functionally, ensuring global execution.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for new platforms, assays, and kit selection, driving implementation.
- Leading proficiency testing and accreditation programs across global labs to ensure harmonization.
- Acting as a technical SME to liaise with IT / systems teams for appropriate functionality.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $122,400.00 - $227,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
Salary : $122,400 - $227,400
