We are seeking a Sanitation and Maintenance Assistant to ensure that cooking and tableware for the kitchen and dining room are clean and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room, including loading, running, and unloading the dish machine
- Ensuring the dish machine water temperature is within safe limits and reporting any issues
- Sourcing and replenishing dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- Hauling dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times
Requirements:
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- A can-do attitude, ready to assist fellow support staff, and work as a team player
- Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and all guests
- A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
