Responsibilities:

• Oversees the design, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term/long term refrigeration installation project which has a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables, with primary focus on financial, schedule, project management and quality performance objectives.

• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Meet with Customers regarding current/future projects.

• Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proficient in reading construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents

• Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD

• Ability to work unsupervised; self-motivated, self-starter, independent.

• Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.

• 3 years of Industrial Refrigeration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is a plus
• Good communicator

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
