The Position

We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of Warehouse Manager, responsible for overseeing inventory management, fleet coordination, warehouse operations, and safety compliance. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining high standards of safety and organization in the warehouse and yard.

This Teammate Will

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee Inventory and Warehouse Management which includes maintaining accurate inventory records using IRC systems, managing job orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate Fleet Management to assign or procure vehicles and equipment for tasks/projects. Enforce preventive maintenance and cleaning programs for all vehicles and equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce safety regulations in the warehouse and yard.
• Oversee and build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• 3-5 years of related experience in a warehouse environment. Previous experience in warehouse management is strongly preferred.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on organization, detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. and safely move equipment on-site.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights.
• Proficiency with using construction machines, tools, and warehouse equipment.
• Forklift certification required.
