Logistics and Distribution Project Manager

iRemedy is seeking a Logistics and Distribution Project Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse and distribution center, supporting small- and mid-sized healthcare clients. This is a hybrid position, requiring remote work with occasional travel to our warehouse location as needed.

The Logistics and Distribution Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between on-site operations teams, internal teams, and external partners. This role is responsible for managing logistics, shipping, and supply chain projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting performance goals, budgets, and deadlines. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external teams, clients, and carriers to improve workflows, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Additional tasks may involve tracking inventory levels and coordinating deliveries to meet deadlines. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods (inbound and outbound).

Qualifications:

• Must reside in the required geographic location.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4 years of equivalent logistics/warehousing managment experience.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain logistics mangement(preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible hours.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
