Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer data into the company database.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and verified for accuracy.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies in customer data.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to privacy policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
