Pay Range : $750- $1100 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other departments to support office operations.
