We are seeking a Technical Product Engineer with a unique blend of business systems analysis, technical product ownership, and Agile expertise. This individual will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring the successful execution of Agile principles and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
Agile Leadership and Team Collaboration :
Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity.
Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and promote a productive, collaborative team environment.
Product Development and Innovation :
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the product vision and roadmap.
Define and prioritize product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver incremental product features.
Lead the functional design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and technological capabilities.
Translate data insights into actionable product outcomes that meet customer needs.
Stakeholder Management and Communication :
Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including customers and stakeholders.
Work closely with Digital Business partners and vendors to co-develop roadmaps and drive product delivery.
Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities and risks.
Quality and Performance :
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies, equipping teams with the tools and insights needed for success.
Track and report product performance post-launch to inform future investment decisions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
Strong familiarity with software development and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
Excellent knowledge of other Agile frameworks and processes.
Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Desired Experience :
Demonstrated success in developing enterprise software solutions for complex use cases.
Proven ability to build and manage product backlogs and prioritize features for incremental delivery.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to co-create and execute product strategies.
