Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, while working with another maintenance technician. This role requires a strong background in facilities management, HVAC, plumbing knowledge and maintenance management practices.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Manage tracking work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
- Plan and execute maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with CMMS software for effective maintenance management.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
