Client Partner / Account Manager– Insurance
Location – Edison NJ / NYC NY
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

Strategic Development : Collaborate with clients to create and implement customized insurance solutions that address their unique needs and drive business outcomes.
Business Growth : Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development within existing client portfolios. Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to deliver seamless service and ensure client expectations are met.
Market Insight : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and strategic recommendations to clients.
Performance Monitoring : Track key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of experience in account management or client relationship roles within the Insurance sector is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
