Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune and related tools.
- Oversee device provisioning, imaging, and configuration.
- Enforce compliance policies and maintain system security.
- Manage printer drivers, spoolers, and peripheral configurations.
- Troubleshoot OS and application issues on end-user devices.
- Support and optimize desktop environments for seamless user interaction.
Qualifications:
