Our Client which is large Insurance Co. based in New Jersey is looking to hire a Sr. Azure Tech Lead. ( Hybrid Role )

Location - Warren, NJ
Long Term Project
Need 3 days onsite every week.
No H1B's for this role.
Lead and guide a team of software developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient applications using Azure, .NET, Java, Python. and backend technologies using Azure SQL & No SQL databases.
Take ownership of the technical direction and architecture of solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, particularly when necessary, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards, optimize code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Define and drive technical standards, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and maintainability of the codebase.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system scalability challenges.
Provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess how new tools and methodologies can be applied to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
