Job description:
- Lead and guide a team of software developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient applications using Azure, .NET, Java, Python. and backend technologies using Azure SQL & No SQL databases.
- Take ownership of the technical direction and architecture of solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
- Develop and implement cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, particularly when necessary, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards, optimize code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Define and drive technical standards, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and maintainability of the codebase.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system scalability challenges.
- Provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess how new tools and methodologies can be applied to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
