Remote LCSW – Intake, Therapy & Case Management (PST Hours)

Position: License Clinical Social Worker – Intake, Therapy, & Case Management

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | Oregon License Strongly Preferred

Compensation: Starting at $75,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (40 hours/week)

We're currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual intake, therapy, and case management services for adult patients through one of our Oregon-based outpatient partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy to adult patients (primarily ages 18–65) with a variety of diagnoses
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including supported housing and employment staff, MAT programs, peer support specialists, and more
• Offer case management services such as care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
• Utilize standardized assessment tools and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Case Management Responsibilities Include: Patient outreach and discharge planning, referrals to licensed medical providers (LMPs), coordinating supported housing and employment services, special needs requests (SNRs), and general care coordination, such as identifying local food banks or assisting with public resource navigation.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Oregon-based outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
• Patient Population: Adults 18 (including a small percentage of geriatrics)
• Appointment Structure: 50-60 minute sessions with 10 minutes for documentation
• Support System: Work alongside a robust network of peer support staff, intensive outpatient programs, MAT programs, certified recovery mentors, and more. Clinicians may also refer to support staff specialists for assistance.

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience as an independently LCSW, Oregon license strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours. 
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Must have passed ASWB examination
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Juniper is a plus!)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
