Mental Health Therapist – Sign-on Bonus Eligible - PA License Required

Position: Mental Health Therapist – LCSW or LPC

Compensation: Starting at $75,000/yr | Sign On Bonus Eligible: $2.5k | Fully Remote (U.S. only)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 EST (37.5 hours per week)

To be considered for this position, candidates must be Bi-lingual in Spanish, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese a nd have 2 years of therapy experience.

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs or LPCs to provide therapy services for child, adolescent, and adult patients. This full-time , 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care through one of our Pennsylvania FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) partners. 

About the Role:

• Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote
• Flexible Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM EST
• Patient Population: All Ages (Approx. 25% Children & Adolescents, 75% Adults) with diagnoses including SMI, anxiety disorder, depression, trauma, ADHD, and dual diagnosis
• Compensation:  $75,000/year (W2) and a $2.5k Sign On Bonus eligibility for PA Licensed Therapists willing and able to see ages 3

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Active LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania required
• Proven experience providing therapy services, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings 
• Full-time availability ( 37.5 hours per week) during EST hours. 
• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13  
• Must have passed ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
