What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Special position at IRISO USA, Inc?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage assigned accounts and develop new accounts and Design(Spec)-in IRISO products.
- Contact prospective customers and establish buying cycles, identify customer needs, and build a customer-supplier relationships.
- Increase sales in respective accounts.
- Prepare sales information for customers.
- Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for the responsible accounts.
- Obtain necessary information and deploy within the IRISO departments and confirm their compatibilities, of the responsible accounts required for fulfillment of the engaged business such as corporate financial / commercial status, trade rules, requirements and ordinance include contracts and routines of sales and logistics. and inventory levels for fulfillment.
- Create sales opportunities for IRISO products and construct demands for sales by researching and identify serviceable potentials and target accounts, and interviewing and learning market trends and technologies.
- Monitor sales data of the responsible accounts on a monthly basis, or as requested by management bases, report the data with analysis and present sales strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, fostering positive and proactive communication with representatives to ensure open channels of communication.
- Assist with other sales and marketing projects as assigned by the Director(s).
- Define customer needs, wants, and expectations, and ensure that customer requirements are effectively communicated throughout the organization.
- Understand competitive environment to effectively evaluate sales price and purchase price data
- Support the execution of both long-term and short-term sales strategies to achieve IRISO’s sales objectives.
- Serve as the central point of contact for commercial and strategic issues with the customer, including the buyer, program team, finance, and other relevant parties.
- Support the technical and commercial review of quote packages, participate in kick-off meetings, and prepare quote responses.
