Great Western Trailer (GWT) is seeking an experienced Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key player in expanding our outside sales program, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to GWT’s continued success.

Responsibilities :
Build and maintain relationships with current customers while growing the territory.
Identify new customers via phone, networking, and social media.
Develop and execute strategies to expand your book of business.
Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to meet customer needs regarding timing and pricing.
Proactively manage customer data and activities in the company CRM system (experience with ZOHO is a plus).
Represent GWT professionally, adhering to company values and safety protocols.
Occasionally deliver parts to customers as needed.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in the heavy-duty trailer or equipment industry.
Proven sales experience with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems like ZOHO is a plus).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
