Job Description: We are seeking an experienced bartender to join us for the summer, with a strong foundation in the art of mixology and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail establishment, and a love for creating unique drinks that leave a lasting impression on guests. You will be an integral part of our team, working in a fast-paced environment that values both innovation and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality, handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to our menu and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide an exceptional, personalized experience; recommend cocktails based on guest tastes and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of consistency in both the quality of drinks and the guest experience.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during peak hours.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in mixology, incorporating innovation into the drink menu.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the brand and our values of individuality and teamwork.
• Ensure that guests leave with a positive experience, and that each interaction is unique and authentic. It is what we do best!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail or upscale casual environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails, with an eagerness to learn and innovate.
• Ability to create unique and well-crafted cocktails while maintaining consistency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for guest interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully and professionally.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
