THE HIGH LEVEL
Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for providing analysis, interpretation, and reporting on various operational elements of our services organization. This position will play a key role in providing comprehensive visibility into the management of leased devices and will enable the Management Team to make better decisions
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Research and validate the accuracy of supplier open invoice statements for timely payment:
- Validate statement accuracy by researching the device status of listed serial numbers in the Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB).
- Collaborate with team members to prepare requests for special lease schedules where applicable
- Track and monitor unbilled items to closure, inclusive of providing information to stakeholders regarding rejected and returned items
- Review and evaluate the accuracy of OEM lease data weekly:
- Weekly retrieve the OEM lease report from the vendor site and prepare it for import into CMDB.
- Monitor installed devices are assigned a lease schedule which ensures payment by the Lessor to the Supplier reducing aged purchase orders.
- Monitor for duplicate serial numbers - what is the status, are we still being charged a monthly fee
- Monitor the OEM status of devices returned at the lease end to ensure monthly rental fees have ceased.
- Work with the Asset Management team to analyze and report data as defined and requested; provide routine and ad hoc reports on CMDB data of leased devicesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have more than 2 years of lease analysis experience (specifically invoice research)
- You can self-manage and make decisions based on predetermined guidelines set by management to make deadlines remotely.
- Multi-tasking, and conforming to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines is just another day on the job for you.
- You pay attention to the details to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables
- You possess strong executive presence, polish, communication skills and emotional intelligence. (C-level presentations are probable.)
- People naturally gravitate to you and want to work for you. Leadership is your middle name.
- You have vast experience applying proper program management principles and practices.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- We'd love it if you had a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including advanced expertise with Excel
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position has a strong preference for remote candidates in Virginia and will require 25% travel to Glen Allen, VA.
