*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
*Qualifications*
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or restaurant industry preferred
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Willingness to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
