Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all staff.
- Serve as a friendly face welcoming new hires, employees, and clients.
- Keep the office stocked with supplies and protective equipment for staff.
- Manage various office tasks, including sorting mail, creating FedEx shipments, and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Assist in booking hotels and coordinating travel for employees.
- Support management by scheduling meetings, ordering food, and maintaining calendars.
- Answer phone calls, answer inquiries if possible, and transfer calls appropriately.
- Assist the hiring team with scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Run office errands, if necessary
- Date entry
- Maintain and organize company records, including daily filing and data entry.
- Help coordinate company events, such as team outings, holiday parties, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Serve as a morale champion, organizing birthday celebrations and employee shout-outs.
- Send out company-wide communications, newsletters, and memos to keep the team informed.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Jump in wherever needed—every day is different!
Job Qualifications
- 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Proven skills in managing inventory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft teams skills are a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions confidently.
- Exceptional organizational.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not a requirement.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
