Inventory Controller

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our organization. This position requires strong data analysis skills and experience in materials management to support demand planning and supplier management efforts.

Duties

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across various warehouses.
• Utilize data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to present inventory trends and insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain management teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to optimize purchasing decisions and minimize excess stock.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

Experience

• Proven experience in inventory control or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Familiarity with demand planning processes and materials management practices.
• Experience using data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and supplier management strategies is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Field Equip software experience a plus.

Requirement

• Travel to West Texas 1 week a month is required
