About the Job:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HVAC Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading submittal review and management processes.
- Coordinating project communications with superintendents and general contractors.
- Tracking orders and materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Developing and implementing O&Ms and warranty procedures.
- Working closely with field superintendents to complete take-offs, GRDs, and other tasks.
- Purchasing and procuring materials and equipment.
- Reviewing and approving project invoices.
- Addressing RFIs as necessary.
- Negotiating change orders and managing contract reviews.
- Selecting and scheduling cranes, ensuring insurance releases are obtained.
- Ensuring accurate 3rd-party air balance services.
- Monitoring and utilizing inventory stock effectively.
Requirements:
- Construction experience and knowledge required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Willingness to learn new software, systems, and standards.
- Positive attitude and cooperative mindset.
- Desired but not required: experience with PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar software systems.
