Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BOTH Bartenders AND Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending or serving and possess excellent customer service skills.
Location: Ironbridge Bar and Grill, Glenwood Springs, CO
Position Type: Year Round
Compensation: $13-16/Hour, plus tips 40 hours per week
Additional Income: Tipped position, event tip out.

Experience: Must have bartending experience for Bartender Role, high volume, wine, and cocktail knowledge, Must have serving experience for Server
Responsibilities: will report to the Floor Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
- Lunch & Dinner Service shifts available during summer
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and arranging bottles.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing attentive and personalized service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, operating the cash register and managing a cash drawer.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues or intoxication.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including reconciling cash, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas.
- Work closely with servers on the floor and with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with retail math for handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Understanding of food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
