Role Overview

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: · Leading the inside sales and customer support teams to drive revenue growth. · Executing direct sales strategies for vendor products through our website. · Developing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value strategies. · Owning the CRM rollout and ensuring accountability in customer interactions. · Overseeing third-party vendor sales performance and identifying growth opportunities. · Implementing best-in-class customer support strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty. This is a multi-faceted leadership role where you’ll balance sales execution, customer engagement, and operational efficiency to drive company growth. |

Sales & Customer Success Leadership: · Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales and customer support teams. · Set and track measurable sales targets, ensuring team accountability. · Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upselling initiatives. · Optimize lead management, follow-ups, and conversion strategies. · Oversee vendor product sales, ensuring continuous improvement. · Foster a customer-first mindset, ensuring a seamless buying experience. CRM & Operational Excellence: · Lead CRM implementation and ensure adoption across the sales team. · Maintain and enhance internal sales support systems for efficiency. · Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and customer engagement. · Present periodic reports on sales performance, customer insights, and growth metrics. · Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales administration. |

Qualifications

· 5 years of sales experience, ideally in e-commerce, heavy equipment, or B2B sales. · 3 years of leadership experience managing a sales or customer service team. · Expertise in CRM systems, sales funnels, and customer engagement best practices. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal team and vendor relations. · Experience with third-party vendor sales is a strong plus. |
