Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct-hire position
- Schedule: Day shift | 40 hours/week
- Setting: Acute Care | ACU/ICU
Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise, mentor, and manage nursing staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Assist in budgeting, resource management, and staffing, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources while maintaining optimal patient care levels
Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- Current/Active NE RN license
- BSN Required
- Med Surg or ICU experience highly preferred
- Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
