Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000 / Annually
Case Management Director opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Case Management Director responsibilities:
- Case Management Director assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations and human resource management of the Case Management department
- Case Management Director has 4 Direct Reports underneath of them
- Provides guidance and support to Case Managers and other staff, including training on managing caseloads and interpreting regulations, policies, operational procedures, and objectives
Case Management Director qualifications:
- BSN or BSW
- Must be either a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Social Worker
- 2 years of management experience
- 3 years of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience
- 2 years of rehab experience preferred
- Current CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred
