Salary Range: $93,000 - $120,000/annually
RN Clinic Manager Responsibilities:
- RN Clinic manager will oversee the orientation and supervision of nursing staff, including assignment of cases, documentation review, initial and ongoing clinical education, and performance evaluation in patient homes
- Participate in the initiation, development, and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures
- Manage a team that includes nurses, physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and a dietitian
- Report directly to the Director of Patient Services
RN Clinic Manager Qualifications:
- RN Clinic manager must be a licensed RN
- Experience in home health required
- Experience supervising nurses is a plus!
