A rural outpatient clinic several hundred miles west of Anchorage, AK is seeking a Travel Behavioral Health Clinician to join their team for a 26-week contract!
Pay: $60.00 / hour (all-inclusive rate)
Travel Behavioral Health Clinician Opportunity:
- Full-time, 26-week contract
- Emergency Department
- Opportunities for travel contract extension
- Weekly paychecks starting the 2nd Friday of assignment beginning
- Schedule: Varies, open shifts include 8, 10, and 12 hour day shifts
- The Travel Behavioral Health Clinician will have opportunities in an Opioid program, Outpatient Clinic, or Emergency Services
- Housing and flights provided
- The Travel Behavioral Health Clinician will provide brief evaluations to reduce the impact of symptoms and/or coordinate a referral to other appropriate service providers within 3 contacts
Travel Behavioral Health Clinician Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health. Two (2) years supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct services performed at a satisfactory level
- Appropriate State of Alaska licensure required or must be able to obtain it within 3 months of hire
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
