Clinical Laboratory Director Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent direct-hire position
- Schedule : Monday - Friday
- Rotate call schedule
- The Clinical Laboratory Director oversees the laboratory processes, performances, interpretations of all testing within the Laboratory and is responsible for the safe delivery of lab services on a 24 / 7 basis which includes patient care and legally working equipment.
- The Clinical Laboratory Director will establish adequate staffing plans for the NEMHS Laboratories provide staff orientation and competency training for all staff members, and train and mentor Medical Technologists to assume more supervisory duties.
- This position requires exceptional leadership and laboratory skills along with knowledge of regulatory agencies.
