Counselor / LCSW Responsibilities :
Provide general counseling and specialty group sessions as assigned by the DirectorDemonstrates strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgroundsMaintains confidentiality and ethical standards following departmental policies and procedures while ensuring the privacy of all patient informationAssesses patient needs and develops personalized treatment plans facilitating individual family couple and group therapy sessions to foster positive therapeutic outcomesMaintain collaborative relationships with community referral sources and colleagues to enhance patient careCounselor / LCSW Qualifications :
Required Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology or Social WorkLCSW or LCPC licensureCounselor / LCSW experience in Behavioral Health treatment setting preferredOpen to New GradsThe Surrounding Area :
