A small-town near Havre, MT is seeking a full-time, permeant Laboratory Manager to lead their dynamic family-like team!

Pay Rate : $29.00 - $42.00 / hourly

Pay negotiable based on experience.

Laboratory Manager Opportunity :

  • Full-time, Permeant
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Laboratory Manager will work with the medical director for our lab to ensure that all reporting and forms are completed by the medical director and our lab.
  • Laboratory Manager responsible for quality / reporting, overseeing day to day operations in the lab while ensuring CLIA compliance

Laboratory Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GLP and FDA regulations.
  • Laboratory Manager will supervise laboratory staff, providing training and support in laboratory techniques.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams on trials and maintain laboratory information management systems.

    • Laboratory Manager Requirements :

  • MT or CLS license required
  • Generalist and blood bank / microbiology experience preferred
  • Cover Call for one weekend a month
  • ASCP required
