In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients, assisting with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and software/hardware issues. You will work closely with senior technicians and client teams to resolve technical problems, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on escalated issues.
- Help maintain and monitor client networks and systems.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., hardware, networking, operating systems).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office, Windows OS, etc.).
- Desire to learn and grow in IT support.
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, or basic networking.
- Some certifications such as CompTIA A or ITIL Foundation (preferred but not required).
