As a Leasing Specialist and Resident Coordinator position, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with employees, peers, vendors, and clients.
Job Details: This job opportunity is a Full-Time position, and the work schedule will require availability for 5 out of 7 days each week, with specific days to be determined.
Pay Range: $55K - $60K ($30-$33p/h) plus $150 commission/unit
Leasing & Sales:
- Greet and positively present properties and amenities to prospective tenants
- Qualify prospects by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.)
- Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports
- Inspect available “market ready” units, communicate related service needs to Operations Manager/Director of Operations
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate leasing terms, and reattempt to close sales (i.e., complete and file Guest Card information form on all clients, send thank-you notes and perform follow-up.)
- Assist in managing leasing inquiries as required, including those from FB Marketplace listings and YardiCRM lead queue
- Conduct market surveys and monitor local market conditions
- Physically inspect community when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff. Inspect move-outs and vacancies
- Maintain awareness of local competition and contribute to marketing strategies
Resident Coordination & Customer Service:
- Welcome residents, manage deliveries, and schedule apartment tours
- Manage FB Marketplace listings and post engaging content in FB groups
- Coordinate move-in day activities, including orientation and key distribution.
- Oversee the office reception area to ensure it is clean, inviting, and organized
- Ensure all resident-related interactions, both in-person and via phone or email, are handled with exceptional customer service
- Manage the package room and secure keys

- Perform administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining accurate client information in Yardi, organizing leases, and handling paperwork
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative/leasing experience with a focus on customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
