Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop and execute cohesive design concepts.
- Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations independently using Revit and SketchUp (proficiency required).
- Assist with space planning, material selections, and furnishing layouts in alignment with client goals and CKC Custom Homes’ brand aesthetic.
- Maintain project timelines and deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between design and construction teams.
- Participate in on-site meetings and walkthroughs to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Interact with clients professionally to gather input, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in custom home building or an interior design firm.
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp without assistance is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and high-end materials.
