About the Role
We are seeking a Luxury Home Sales Consultant to guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives — building their dream home. This person will be the first impression of the CKC brand and play a vital role in setting expectations, educating clients, and building trust from the initial consultation through to contract signing.
This is a client-facing role that requires emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the luxury homebuilding process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Educate clients on our design-build process, timelines, and expectations
Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers, realtors, and referral partners
Conduct lot walks, showroom tours and in-office consultations
Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Guide clients through the proposal, pricing, and contract phases
Track and follow up on all leads through our CRM
Attend builder events and open houses as a brand ambassador for CKC
Requirements
3 years of new home sales experience, preferably in custom or semi-custom homebuilding
Experience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury product/service environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction CRMs is a plus
Real estate license is a bonus, but not required
