As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in the efficiency and safety of our operations, assisting in the movement and handling of goods while adhering to safety procedures.

- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and products within the warehouse
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment for defects before use
- Safely stack and unstack goods in accordance with ISO quality standards
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of material movements and reports
- Assist in inventory control and managing stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and management regarding material needs and inventory status
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid forklift operator certification
- At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory management
- Experience with warehouse management software is a plus
- Proficient in using hand-held scanners and barcode systems
