This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Technician- 3rd shift at Ironwood Plastics, Inc. The Process Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, quality control, process engineering, preventive maintenance, and training related activities.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience in Quality Control and Process Engineering
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
- Training abilities for team members
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in plastic injection molding is a plus
- Technical degree or certification in relevant field
