Job Summary
The Equipment Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing upkeep on Ironwood property and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform maintenance tasks on various types of equipment, including outdoor gear, HVAC systems, septic/water systems, and operate heavy machinery such as skid loaders, tractors, mowers, etc.
- Conduct seasonal cleaning tasks like floor stripping/waxing.
- Ability to physically perform all duties, including heavy lifting, ladder climbing, and prolonged activity.
- Follower of Jesus Christ with a desire to grow in their faith.
- Self-starter willing to take initiative.
